On the occasion of MEDICA 2010 in Düsseldorf, the world's largest fair for the medical sector, ZENIT is organising the international "Healthcare Brokerage Event" in co-operation with the Healthcare Sector Group of the Enterprise Europe Network. The participants are from the EU as well as from other countries.

The event offers individually planned bilateral discussions with potential business partners. Participants can exchange product ideas, initiate new contacts, e.g. for technology co-operation, sales or research partners. In 2009, 510 meetings took place with 160 participants from 21 countries.

Compiling profiles and planning meetings
You can submit technology and/or business profiles online prior to the event. The EEN partners are happy to assist you (www.enterprise-europe-network.ec.europa.eu/index_en.htm).
• An online catalogue with all the profiles submitted will be available for viewing for the selection of discussion partners
• You can select profiles and thus express your interest in meeting the potential partners behind them
• Your own profile can be seen by other participants and chosen for meetings
• Once a choice of partners has been made, you will get a meeting schedule
• During the event itself, we are on hand to help you

The event will take place in Hall 6 (Gallery) on 18/19 November.

Registration fee
The fee is 200 € + VAT (includes up to 5 profiles). Each further profile is 40 € + VAT. The fee does not include the entrance ticket to the exhibition. Start-ups (beginning 1.1.2008) get a 50% reduction, by sending a proof to medica2010@zenit.de. After registration you will get an invoice which must be paid by 31 October.

Deadlines
• Deadline for registration and submission of profiles is 17 October
• Deadline for selecting profiles is 1 November
• Deadline for accepting meeting requests is 8 November
