Information sessions and corners
In parallel to the workshops the marketplace will be an additional space where information sessions and corners will be organised for participants to drop into.

Speed dating
The Marketplace will also be the forum for "Speed dating" sessions – an opportunity to network with other participants in a less formal and more playful way. You will have five minutes to exchange some first information about each other, to be followed up later during the rest of the conference. Two speed dating series will be organised.
When: Tuesday 25 November from 11:45 to 12:30 and 14:30 to 15:15

Project and Network informal meetings
Scheduled meetings
Project and Network Informal Meetings: network and project meetings may be organised on the Monday morning (24 November) and on Wednesday afternoon (26 November). Please note that on Monday morning priority will be given to national meetings.
Please pay attention to the location of the rooms: Some of them are located at the premises of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Strasbourg (CCI) (10, Place Gutenberg) and in the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Alsace (CRCIA) (3 Quai Kléber/Place de Halles (Commercial Centre - Immeuble 'Sebastopol'), both in the city centre, the others are located at the Palais de la Musique et des Congrès, the principal conference venue.
When: Monday morning (24 November) from 09:00 to 12:00 and Wednesday afternoon (26 November) from 14:30 to 17:00.
Registration: To book a room, please contact Mr Jakub Tadych (EACI, Unit 3) on +32 2 297 5618. Jakub will tell you about the availabilities and take note of your request. As a confirmation, you will then be asked to submit a form with more details.
Exhibition stands
As part of the overall exhibition, one stand will be made available. Here, Network Partners can present projects, initiatives or tools that could be of interest to the rest of the Network. Please note that this stand will be shared and that each time slot is for 15 minutes.
If you wish to reserve a slot at the Enterprise Europe Network stand for your project or tool, please contact Ms Debby De Roover (EACI, Unit 3) on +32 2 295 3823. Debby will tell you about the time slots available and assign them to you accordingly. You will then be asked to provide more details about your project, so that we can promote the different presentations at the stand in advance.
Matchmaking during the Annual Conference
Meet potential project partners at the Annual Conference, using a special matchmaking tool on offer from two Network Partners. You can use the tool to organise meetings with your colleagues during your stay in Strasbourg.
Handwerk International Baden-Württemberg and the Chambre de Commerce du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg are offering the Network the use of the b2fair tool, originally developed to allow enterprises to meet potential parters during international trade fairs.
You can use b2fair to identify and arrange a meeting with fellow Network Partners, if:
…you are searching for new project partners, partners for business missions, trade fairs, brokerage events etc;
…you are in contact with many Network Partners but have never met them face-to-face;
…you want to exchange with somebody from a specific region or sector;
…you are just curious about what other Partners do and how they are organised.
